EXPAND YOUR REACH

American Exceptional Students Association was formed because there is a overwhelming deficiency in this state for educational opportunities for families of exceptional individuals. In addition, the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) is also often overlooked by other organizations. Raising a student with special needs is expensive, and the ESA funds allow for families of students with special needs to pay for therapy, curriculum, and other services that are otherwise more costly than parents can afford. We believe parents are not given all the information they could get in order to properly educate their child. We believe education is a fundamental right, and to close some avenues to parents of students who have special needs is unfortunate. As an education-related business, this is your opportunity to connect with parents of exceptional students who need additional support. We hope you will help AESA to complete its mission of offering resources and information to parents of any student who is outside the curve.

The EESA Convention Team works tirelessly all year long preparing this special event, which is designed to encourage and equip parents as they endeavor to educate their exceptional child in any environment.

By partnering together with you, we desire to enhance the experience of our attendees while promoting your business and expanding your reach within the special education community.

We look forward to discussion custom marketing packages and sp[onsorship opportunities with you for the EESA Convention June 12-13, 2020.

AESA is a national 501c3 non-profit organization that serves the needs of the special education community in Arizona and abroad. For more information about AESA, please visit our website at www.aesa.group.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

The EESA Convention is run almost entirely by volunteers. Volunteers are an integral part of the success of the annual EESA Convention hosted by AESA. Our volunteer workers help keep costs to a minimum while continuing to provide an excellent conference. We are thankful to each and every volunteer who helps to make this event a success!

Volunteers who serve 5 or more hours* during the convention can earn free admission. Those interested in volunteering will complete an online application. Once scheduled, you will receive a special registration link. *Married couples can split the hours, but must work a minimum of 6 hours.

The opportunity to volunteer is a benefit of membership. Current AESA Membership expiring August 1, 2019 or later is required.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO USAGE

Photographs or video taken at this event may be published on the AESA website, on AESA social media pages, or in other AESA publications. AESA does not provide compensation or royalties in conjunction with publication or use of these materials. Any photographs, video, or audio used by AESA from this event will be used with the purpose of celebrating and promoting special education in America.
