Congratulations! You have made the decision to attend the EESA Convention and we are so excited to have you join us!
The EESA Convention pages here on our website are filled with information to help you get the most out of your experience at this very special event.
A few pages you’ll want to be sure to visit…
- Convention details

- Exhibit Hall
We’ve got a great weekend planned for you! You’ll be encouraged and equipped for the special education adventure and you’ll come away with inspiration and ideas for teaching your kids, too!
We’ve put together two helpful resources for EESA Convention attendees. Click on the images below for information about what to expect your first time and tips for getting the most out of the EESA Convention.
Is free spouse admission included?
No. Each individual ticket is for one adult to enter the Convention area; however, a family ticket covers up to 3 adults and 3 children living under the same roof and is less than the price of two individual tickets. Each family ticket is good for lunch for ALL participants of your family. (up to 6). We feel the family ticket is a great value for a couple or a large family.
Is AESA Membership included in the price of the ticket?
Yes! When you purchase your event ticket, you are automatically added as a member to AESA at the Bronze level for one year. As a member of AESA, you receive many benefits including discounted individual advocacy, access to our blog and forum discussions, the ability to rent assistive technology, and much, much more.
Can I bring my children?
We love children and you are welcome to bring your child/children with you, if desired. This conference is geared for parent / teacher enrichment and learning, however, and space is limited in workshop rooms. We encourage you to make childcare arrangements, if possible.
Our individual tickets are for a single person. If you have children older than 3, you will need to purchase a family ticket. All infants (2 and under) are admitted free. A privacy room is available for nursing/feeding infants. Children under age 12 must remain with an adult at all times.
