EESA Convention Welcome Bag
Advertising in the EESA Convention Welcome Bag is a great way for businesses to advertise their products or services to Arizona special education families who attend the EESA Convention. Each family will receive a Welcome Bag at check-in.
Welcome Bag advertisers must support AESA’s mission of providing resources and information to parents of students with special needs regardless of educational setting.
Colleges, other post-secondary education programs, and JTEDs are welcome to apply. Public schools, charter schools, private schools, hybrid private schools, and taxpayer-funded programs are also encouraged to apply.
AESA reserves the right to decline an application without further comment.
The AESA Convention was attended by 100 participants last year. We expect 250 participants.

Businesses who do not have a booth at the EESA Convention are invited to apply to participate in the EESA Convention Welcome Bag for the non-exhibitor rate of $80 for the first iitem (250 copies of the same piece/insert). Maximum dimensions 9’x12′ and 8 pages or less and secured with staples, closed with a label or packaged in a cellophane bag or envelope. More than one loose page will count as multiple inserts. You may also include “swag” items in addition to the first item at an additional cost. The cost of the second item is $50, and the cost of the third item is $30.
Exhibitors will recieve a discount to participate in the Welcome Bag. Exhibitors will not sign up using this form. There is an option to participate in the Weclome Bag in your Exhibitor Application
For example, if a non-exhibitor wanted to include a flyer, a pair of sunglasses, and a coaster, the vendor would pay AESA $160. Vendors are not required to include a flyer.
You will send 250 copies of each item to us after you have been approved.
1. Go to the Vendor Interest form and check yes to the Question about participating in the Welcome bag.
2. Submit a sample of your insert(s) for our review
3. Once approved, payment and shipping instructions will be provided
APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 1, 2020
The deadline for us to receive your Welcome Bag inserts is May 15. These will be shipped/delivered to a residence in Phoenix, AZ and must be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other ground transport that does not require a loading dock. Inserts may also be hand-delivered.
DO NOT SEND TO THE AESA OFFICE ADDRESS. Shipping instructions will be sent out toward the end of April.
